Job Title: Strength and Conditioning Coach


Trinity High School is seeking applicants interested in serving as Strength and Conditioning Coach. Trinity High School is a large Catholic high school (grades 9-12) with 1,300 young men located in Louisville, Ky. Trinity has been recognized by the United States Department of Education as a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence. The school receives tremendous support from its parents and alumni and is widely recognized as a leader in its various academic and athletic programs. This is a full-time position.

The successful candidate will join a team of nearly 250 dedicated teachers and staff members. Applicants should have at least a bachelor’s degree, three to five years of related work experience and certification/registration as part of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) or similar organization. Experience working with youth across multiple sports and a combination of strength training and sports performance conditioning is preferred. Primary duties:

• Develop strength and conditioning programs for multiple athletic teams
• Ensure that all weight room equipment is properly cleaned and maintained and that safety is the top priority for all participants within the weight room
• Participate as a member of the Physical Education and Health Department
• Teach two physical education classes each day
• Maintain all professional certifications as directed by school administration
